- Payment Information: Credit card and payment details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on the Site, browser type, device information, and referring URLs collected through analytics tools.
- Communications: Any information you provide when contacting us via email or through community features.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process payments and manage your membership ($39/month, $399/year, or Compass Intensive at $1,797)
- To send you email communications, newsletters, and program updates via Kit (ConvertKit)
- To provide access to community features through Mighty Networks
- To improve our Site, services, and user experience

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 3, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of trustaftertrauma.com ("the Site"), operated by Seeding Treasures, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 86-1182273). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Not Therapy Disclaimer
The content, programs, community discussions, and resources provided through Trust After Trauma are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or medical advice.
Trust After Trauma is a peer support and educational community. Our programs, including the Compass Intensive, are educational in nature and are not a substitute for professional mental health services. No therapist-client or counselor-client relationship is formed through your use of this Site.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988), the Crisis Text Line (text HOME to 741741), or your local emergency services.
2. Membership & Subscriptions
- Monthly Membership: $39/month, billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
- Annual Membership: $399/year, billed annually.
- Compass Intensive: $1,797, billed as a one-time payment or payment plan as offered at checkout.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
3. Refund Policy
Monthly Memberships: No refunds for partial months. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your current billing period.
Annual Memberships: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued. Access continues through the end of the annual term.
Compass Intensive: Due to the nature of the program and limited enrollment, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of program content. No refunds after program start date.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, worksheets, assessments, and community content created by Seeding Treasures, is the intellectual property of Seeding Treasures and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from this Site without prior written permission from Seeding Treasures, except for personal, non-commercial use as part of your membership.
5. Community Guidelines & User Conduct
By participating in our community, you agree to:
- Treat all members with respect and compassion
- Maintain confidentiality of other members' stories and personal information
- Refrain from providing professional advice (medical, legal, therapeutic) unless you are a licensed professional and clearly identify yourself as such
- Not engage in harassment, hate speech, spam, or promotion of outside products/services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these guidelines without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seeding Treasures, its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, its content, or its services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seeding Treasures from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Colorado.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
